For the last 30 years I have used the little metal peeler just like my mom used, but it finally broke, so I got this little gadget to try, and man is it awesome! It feels good in my hand, is easy to maneuver, makes the thinnest of cuts, and makes peeling carrots and potatoes easy and FAST! Why in the world didn’t I upgrade sooner?! I was really surprised at how thin the peels were coming off – no more chunks out of the veggies! I’ve got arthritis in my hands now, so peeling for long periods of time would make my hands hurt, but the way you hold this and how easy and fast it is to use made it go so fast that my hands didn’t cramp at all! That’s a big win in my book! I highly recommend this for anyone that spends time in the kitchen peeling veggies!

One of the best kitchen upgrades I’ve ever made! For my entire adult life, I’ve been using an old Ecko vegetable peeler that was handed down from my great-grandmother. It was time to upgrade. An internet search revealed this as one of the top-rated peelers, so I ordered myself one. It is a genuine pleasure to use this peeler. The handle fits perfectly in your hand, it has a nice soft texture, and it’s the perfect size and weight. Every peel feels likes shaving off soft butter. The handle is fully sealed, so it will not take on water and debris that will mold. I highly recommend this vegetable peeler.
