I havenβt used this ladle yet, but itβs well made, heavy, and a great size! I love that it has pour spouts on both sides.

I ordered this because I wanted a heavy duty spatula for smash burgers and I am not disappointed. There are wider spatulas out there marketed for smash burgers, but this one is great because it’s easier to maneuver in a cast skillet than the larger traditional scrapers, but it’s still sturdy enough to smash thin burgers.

This seems to be a very sturdy cooking spoon, however mine arrived with the back edge of the handle not aligned properly with the front stainless steel side of the handle. The back of the spoon handle is a softer, grippy black material, which stuck out just enough to be noticeably uncomfortable. Sent back. Be aware, this has a very wide bowl and it may not be able to get into the edges of the pan, though that may not be an issue for some. I did like the long handle and OXO products are usually very reliable.
