I have been skeptical of this and others in the past, but took the prime day plunge. Glad I did! These rollers are high quality from the packaging to the pasta. Honestly very easy to clean, hot water drip of soap, and a little brush is all it took. I thought I only needed one but was mistaken. You definitely need to roll the pasta before cutting into spaghetti or fettuccine. Fits my 2 decade old KitchenAid mixer perfectly.

I went with these because the actual Kitchenaid ones are insanely priced.These worked FANTASTIC. They have all the strength and capabilities of the βofficialβ ones.I was able to pump out way more pasta than I usually have been able to and this came out perfect. The blades are sharp and gave a clean roll out and shape.Highly recommend!

Easy to use but the thickness of the pasta is too thick. Difficult to clean (Don’t use water!)

I would find it hard to see any difference between this set and the Kitchen Aid branded set. Save yourself some money and buy these. They perform very well and make pasta making a breeze.

Have used it several times. Makes great pasta sheets. Very easy to use. Start at higher setting (8) and work your way down to lower setting. Lasagna and ravioli best at a 2 or 3. It works opposite than instructions.
