The pepper grinder is superb as are all Peugeot pepper grinder. First in class!However, the little salt grinder is a disappointment. It only expels chunks of the Himalayan salt that works so well in our 8” tall Peugeot Daman 8-inch Acrylic Salt and Pepper Mill Set. I would return, but my rights have expired.

Wow I am so disappointed in this salt grinder. The mechanism hangs loosely when filling, which causes large crystals to jam up the grinder, falling out whole. It takes effort and acrobatics to finally adjust down the grind, and it loosens with every twist, requiring you to continually tighten the knob with each use. Such a bad design from a company with a much better reputation than this grinder’s quality reflects. Don’t buy.
