It works! We love Brittany sea salt and nothing ever worked more than a few days as a grinder, including other Peugeot products. This one just works.

Salt grinder does not grind. My husband says it appears to be missing a piece inside. Sad quality control on a not-inexpensive grinder. Cannot recommend this product.

this wet salt mill works REALLY well. My only complaint is the size. I wish it held more salt. The larger version of this does not have a matching style with the wood. Not a deal breaker, but would be nice if a larger version of the same style was available. Thanks

Worked long enough to be un- returnable. Will not put out any salt. Save your money and get a coffee grinder for your wet salt. Wish I could get my money back

I’ve used Peugeot pepper mills since I first bought one (in France) for my mother 60 years ago–I retired it last year! Peugeot simply make excellent mills that last (nearly) for ever. They’re not cheap, but they work beautifully so are really great value! Their electric mills are also terrific, tho they eat AAA cells!

We use wet Celtic Sea Salt and thought this would finally be a good grinder for how wet it is. Unfortunately the rate at which the salt comes out is pretty abysmal so it takes forever to get any amount of salt on our food. I’ve tried all the different grind settings and it’s really the same for all of them. Shouldn’t have paid so much for a grinder that’s as mediocre as the rest.We got the pink salt crystals with grinder from Trader Joe’s and put the Celtic sea salt in it and it works amazingly and only cost $3.
