Herbs get stuck between the blades if you attempt to cut too many leaves at once. The joint where the blades meet is very stiff. My hand gets tired very quickly.

I’ve used this for green onions and celery so far. They are heavy duty, sharp, and easy to clean. Would buy again. Make prepping a lot easier.

Love these shears so much but hate to clean them. They cut herbs well and speed up the process when cooking. I now just clean the shears right after using for easier cleanup. The tool that comes with to help clean shears is not very useful. My bottle scrubber works best to remove stuck on herbs. I have placed in dish washer a few times on lower rack and shears do not discolor or dull.

The blades are sharp which is a huge plus. Everything sticks, so cleaning the blades off with leafy herbs isn’t the most convenient.
