   I was skeptical when I first saw this knife sharpener. After reading the great reviews I thought it was worth a shot. I was tired of sharpening my knives all the time. OMG I was shocked how easy it was to use and how fast it works. I sharpened 10 knives in 2 mins. Wow.

   Sharpens super-dull knives in like 30 strokes; takes just a few strokes to maintain the edge. SHARP.

   OK, so I can’t say that it will get your knives as cleanly sharp as working them on stones or paying someone else to sharpen them, but it will get your knives very close. I sharpened 12 knives in about 7 minutes and they are very sharp. Perhaps sharper than when the knives were bought. Seriously, if you want a very low hassle means of sharpening your knives quickly and frequently, you cannot do better than this. I wish I had come across this earlier. And it’s cheap enough to keep one in the kitchen and one in the pop-up.
