First of all I absolutely hate shredding cheese the traditional way on those old school graters, and I love fresh shredded cheese as well so it was a constant struggle. I originally bought one of these for a friend as part of a gift and didn’t think much of it outside of a novelty. Fast forward and the friend told me how great this product was so i figured I might as well pick one up for myself.Let me tell you that this product is a life saver and I only regret that it took me so long to purchase one for myself. The suction at the bottom is strong enough to hold to any countertop surface without any slipping issues and the fact that it comes with three different rotary adapters depending on the cut you are looking for it makes things easy. All the pieces snap together and come apart with ease for cleaning. This product shreds cheese faster than anything, I cut mine into a few chunks that will fit in the opening and start spinning the handle and boom it is almost instantly done. Once I am finished using the product I take everything apart and toss the items into the dishwasher that need cleaning (I only use the top shelf for this) and boom it is clean.Seriously if you are still shredding cheese the old fashioned way yes it works but you absolutely need to step it up with one of these, it will change the way you look at shredding cheese.

To me, it looked like one of those magic appliances you see on TV shop channels. I hate those and I would never buy them. However, I needed something like this and decided to give it a try, given the price.I’m happy to report that it simply works. It’s easy to clean, even easier to assemble and has multiple functions in the kitchen.I’m very pleased and have been using it for about two months with no complaints whatsoever.If you need something like this, it just works.

I’m a natural skeptic, but this little gem blew me away! Straight out of the box, it almost puts itself together. Super simple assembly AND disassembly. The suction base holds to the counter EXTREMELY well! I’m 230 lbs and couldn’t budge it. We put 8 pounds of various block cheeses through it and it chewed through it all like a ticked off beaver through a wax candle. Everything, and I mean everything, rinsed clean with hot water. And it’s dishwasher safe to boot. The only “problem” we encountered was caused by, of all things, how WELL it works. The grater cups, due to their smallish size, got clogged with shredded cheese fairly easily. We just had to clear it out more frequently. The vegetables we sliced, however, came flying out with no issues at all. So, just slow down with the cheese and everything will be fine. Kitchen game changer and new AWESOME gift idea for anyone that spends time in the kitchen. Super satisfied with this purchase!

Easy to use, easy to clean. Be gentle with the handle and don’t put the handle in the dishwasher. It is glued tougher and the handle can come unglued from the high temps of the dishwasher. I bought this one because that is what happened on a model I had from a couple of years ago. I put the blades and the top that holds them in the dishwasher and they are fine.

Pros: this thing eats thru cheese like a fat kid on cake. We smoked 10 lbs of macaroni and cheese for thanksgiving and used this to chip the solidified milk proteins into a fine blend of dairy fusion.Cons: as is life, if you shove cheese down itβs throat hole, the output will get clogged. Nothing like trying to pass a lump of cheese out of a hole.Final thoughts: I think the addition of a 3/8β square hole on center with the drum would vastly improve performance as one can attach their favorite air powered impact wrench and turn this baby into a literal salad shooter.

Cool gadget that I found, or rather IT FOUND ME on tiktok!!!! It is very sturdy and has a suction feature that works very well. Cleaning was not my favorite thing but it was not super difficult. I only used it once and graded a block of cheddar cheese. Honestly, this was a great purchase but I only gave it 4 stars because cleaning was yucky and I had trouble Clicking in the arm feature and keeping it there twice. There are instructions and it says do not use on Ginger and certain other vegetables but it is perfect for cheese. There is something to be said about grating your own cheese and not buying it in the bag. This is a money saver definitely. Good product to have!!!!

We eat cheese on everything at my house. A while back we quit buying shredded cheese and started grating it ourself- tastes soo much better. I have issues with my right wrist which makes it difficult to use a regular grater at times. I have looked in stores for a turn handle cheese grater but couldnβt find one. To Amazon! I purchased this grater in hopes of pain free cheese grating. I love it! It is so easy to use, works well, and comes apart easy for cleanup. I shred a whole block of cheese in a fraction of the time it takes me with my other grater and it doesnβt hurt my wrist. Definitely would recommend!

Standing in my kitchen using a flat hand grater shredding parmesan cheese for my night’s pizza, it dawned on me that I’d bought the grater when I was in college. Except now I’m 57. Time for an upgrade! And, man, let me tell you, this thing is worth every single centavo. Snaps together in seconds and you’re shredding, slicing, or grating. Clean up is supremely easy as well with a simple sponge and some Dawn liquid. I’m tempted to buy a dozen of these and give them as gifts. Because cheese is love.
