I purchased this for the ball ice tray. The balls are a little difficult to remove from the silicon top but will pop out after it warms slightly. They are a perfect size and last long enough for 2 Old Fashions.I say 2 fer as I was not really in need of the square tray but I could not find the ball tray without it. I figured it would end up in the back of a cabinet until thrown away. But, I love cold brew and with the recent heat adding ice has lead to watered down coffee. On a whim I added my cold brew to the square tray and froze it. Now my cold brew stays cold all morning and it does not water down as the ice melts. The square size is perfect for my favorite tumblers.

Written the day after receiving: This was my first use with the ice molds. After receiving the product I hand washed with soap and then hand dried completely. I filled both molds with purified water and placed in my freezer overnight. Pictures are what I had in the morning. The product allowed the water to freeze well, and removing was easy enough. Hot water was not necessary to remove, however when I was removing the cubes there seemed to be some stress placed upon the mold, I’ll continue to check for durability. Neither shape is perfectly clear, the sphere obviously less so, but I’m not as concerned with clearity, as I am with shape, especially for $15.Review will be updated should anything deteriorate, but otherwise, this product is exactly as expected and does it well.

These are much better than the plain silicon molds. The seals are tight and the ice balls release from the hard plastic bottom with no issues. We have not experienced any leakage or deterioration in fit and finish.

I have been really enjoying these. I have not had any “Leaking” issues for the round ice cube maker that some people have mentioned. Everything works as it should and doesn’t leak. A bit tricky at first to remove but once you get the technique it is easy. Wish the ice would come out glass clear like other have mentioned, but that has more to do with the water used them the trays.

I love how fancy these are and it keeps my drink cold forever. Unfortunately, they are challenging to remove once frozen. Still worth it for me.

These ice makes are about quantity over quality for the price vs more expensive molds. The ice comes out generally in the shape of both forms but you are much more likely to have mis formed ice with these. This does not affect the performance of the ice. Overall these molds are very useful even if the ice isnt 100% perfect and really are a game changer for colder less watered down drinks.

This is a fun novelty to dress-up your drinks. The ice floats like a ball & melts slowly. Once in the beverage, the ice turns more clear & does not impart any flavor. It also doesn’t water-down your cocktail before u have finished it. I use it mostly for Whiskey & Scotch, but works with every drink. Fill each ball mold up w water til water comes out the top & freeze on a level shelf. When removing ice from mold, gently pry up all 4 corners, the balls will stick to the top mold. Just run under a water for a second & it will come off the mold. Repeat process & store them for your occasion. Guests love them. It makes a great novelty gift too. Enjoy!
