These are simply multi-bladed scissors. Seems like a good idea for slicing up greens like chives and scallion stalks, right? The trouble is the greens stick in the blades and don’t cut cleanly compared to using a knife. The result is rather mediocre in appearance, exemplified by having to use the supplied tool to scrape most of the the greens out of the blades. They do save some time, which is the only reason I’m keeping them, but for a dish I’m preparing for others I will still use a knife.

Seem to be nice quality scissors but handles are rather small. I’ve never had scissors before that felt like the handles were not made for an adult’s hands. It’s manageable but irritating. The cleaning tool is helpful. There is only one cover for the 5 blade pair. I would have preferred to have covers for both and leave out the peeler.Overall positive experience, MUCH easier than trying multiple cuts with a normal 1 blade pair of scissors!

These scissors are SUPER sharp and I don’t mean they way they look. They cut through a lot of things including fingers. If you have little kids make sure you supervise them or just cut things yourself BUT make sure you don’t cut yourself. Happy cutting!!

I was hoping these would work and I was very surprised they work. The do an excellent job of chiffonade with a variety of herbs.They are not the easiest to clean but provided tools helps.
