I needed some sort of long handled knife so I could get peanut butter or mayo out of the half empty jars. One day, I was super frustrated and thought that if I had this problem, other people did, too. I wiped the goo from my fingers and searched Amazon for “peanutbutter spatula”. Imagine my delight to find this! It’s a little unwieldy because the spatula end is so heavy, but I don’t have gooey fingers anymore

I am almost embarrassed by how much I love this thing. I kept getting peanut butter on my fingers and that is just not sanitary. Good for any large jar and spreads everything well.

I bought this as a gift for my parents because they love peanut butter. Well they use this daily for so many other things. It is really sturdy and I am now ordering one for myself. How did I not know about these before? Well I don’t know but I highly recommend this utensil. You will be using it for more than just peanut butter and jelly.

Although the price may be a little more then others, it is well worth it. I got two ( One for home and one for the office ). Love the weight and it is perfectly shaped to get Peanut Butter ( or other spreads ) out of the jar. I do have one minor recommendation to the manufacturer which would be to make the handle a little longer for the folks such as I who have big hands. Still it works great and I always come out with no messy fingers!
