I never knew how much I needed these until I purchased. I decided a few years back to limit my use of aluminum foil and use parchemnt paper. PP is harder to use and always curls and takes more time to get out the roll and rip it off. I thought these were a luxury and cost more but it’s just the opposite. Much more economical that the rolls and they lay flat. I can sometimes get a couple of uses per sheet, If you have cooked something oily they will like any PP burn if you reuse. I use my in a Breville oven and everything I bake goes on one of these sheets. I do make sure that the back and sides don’t touch the edge of the oven cause the walls are hot and these are paper. Not an issue in full size oven. Makes clean up quick and easy. I haven’t bought toxic aluminum foil since I discovered these. Claims of box being useful isn’t quite true wish it did dispense better but doesn’t change how much I like these. Makes me feel like a better chef.

I use a lot of store-brand parchment paper. I bought this because the price was good compared to my grocery store paper. The texture is different from the store brand, so that might take a little getting used to, but it is a heavier paper, which I love; it doesn’t burn as easily as my store brand. The paper can take heat up to 450 degrees. I love the fact that it is a sheet and does not curl. This is my new go to parchment paper.

Much easier to use than the kind on a role. Don’t have to worry about it curling up. I use one for small cookie sheets and two for larger ones.
