This Smores Maker, Electric Flameless S’mores Maker with Lid, Tabletop Stainless Steel Smores Kit with 4 Compartment Trays and 4 Roasting Forks, is actually bigger than I thought. It is $60, which is a little bit expensive. The top and bottom is plastic, but the heater inside is stainless steel. Once plugged in, it heats up the heater coil so we can use the roasting forks to roasted marshmallows. It doesn’t get too hot where the chocolate in the container melt, but the bottom and top covers are plastic. It is lightweight, and the two prong plug-in can be tucked underneath of the s’mores maker for storage.

Box was pretty damaged upon receipt. Also wasn’t sealed. The protective wrap on the product on the inside of the box was also opened. This wasn’t a new product. I believe I got a returned or used item so I’m not happy with that. However, it functions well, is actually a pretty good size. Is made of pretty sturdy material, has a unique acorn top design which is cool. The nifty roasting sticks are colorful and sturdy. Overall not a bad set. The product I am quite happy with. A fun gift for the family without having the annoyance or hazard of building a fire. Or for the winter when it’s too cold.

I was very excited to get this product to test it out as I have no fireplace in my backyard. I truly appreciate the appearance. I’ve had it reminds me of an acorn some of the pros that I have for this product is the fact that it heats up at a very fast pace, which is good I feel it’s safe for children at least of the age of 10 to understand to still stay a distance from it it’s user-friendly very easy to set up and works as expected. My only cons is I wish the tongs to hold a marshmallow was a little longer as you could feel the heat from it which isn’t that big of a deal but that’s my only personal gripe8/10

This s’mores maker is really cute and fun to use. I know it’s really basically just a burner, but it’s a lot easier to use than your stove or a candle, and if marshmallow happened to drip on it it’s easier to clean up. It is still sort of a pain to clean, but since it’s smaller/portable it’s definitely easier than cleaning a stove. Also, I never actually DO use my stove to make s’mores, so it was worth getting this!You do have to be careful, because it’s hot, but I think it’s a lot safer than an open flame. It takes a while to heat up and it takes longer to get the marshmallow gooey than a campfire would, but it’s fun to be able to make s’mores inside. I didn’t use the bottom part for storage because I didn’t want to have to clean it, and I also was worried the chocolate would melt if it was that close to the heating element. I like that the cord wraps under the base and there’s actually a clip for the plug, for storage. The roasting sticks it came with were perfect, though they are pretty sharp. This would make a cute gift along with s’mores ingredients; we made s’mores as part of a movie night and it was a big hit on a rainy day.

This little thing has a lot going for it. The pros are that it comes with a nice little way to store the cord under the body of the product. It is easy to clean, heats up fast (about 15 mins). It comes with 4 roasting sticks that are easy to clean as well. The cons, I only have one con for this product and its really more of a personal preference. If you are looking for that around the campfire, feel and taste, don’t get your hopes up. While this smore maker works great, you do lose a lot of the campfire experience and in some ways that takes away from the fun of roasting marshmallows while you will get delicious smores, youll be losing out on the experience.

it’s finally easy to make smores any time we want regardless of weather. the unit heats quickly and is easy use, easy to clean. not surprisingly, kids are really enamored with it!would make a cute gift by itself or packaged with fixin’s.
