I love this product! It makes easy work of cutting butter into recipes. So quick and effortless. A REAL time saver since it is using 5 blades at a time unlike using two knives the old-fashioned way. Makes easy peasy work of pie crusts and other baking needs. It literally saves 15 to 20 minutes over the outdated method of cutting butter into pastries. A lifesaver for individuals with arthritis and sore hands. No special cleaning is needed just hot soapy water. If you do a lot of baking this is an excellent product. The ideal tool for your baking and other cutting needs such as slicing eggs, or chopping fruit and avocadoes. You can even use it to mash/dice baby food. 5 star product for sure.
