Loved this product along with the salt grinder too. But very disappointed that the ratchet has already stopped working. ? I don’t know if there is a guarantee on this or not but will be checking

This front-loading ratchet mill doesn’t hold as much as my previous mill, but it grinds well and looks pretty in my kitchen. If you want a big mill, choose a different one, but if you you want a mill that works and is reasonably priced, this one’s for you.

Decided to get this in red since it’s my wife’s favorite color. We have one that we purchased in 2014 from La Sur Table and it has NEVER given us any problems and is still working as the first day we bought it. I purchased this as a back-up because when something works and is well made, you want to get at least two. As you may know, things that were once well made back in the day, something changes and they’re made cheaply, resulting in a loss of quality, whether they decided to cut corners or where once made in the US is now made in China. There are settings from coarse to fine with every measure in between.
Wet Ones –
When the wife got this I thought, grrrrr….. ANOTHER pepper grinder. But hey, this thing is so easy to use and pumps out the ground pepper fast enough to satisfy any pepper fiend. The grind is easily adjustable and grinds true. Many other grinders have very limited grind settings that don’t seem to stay where one would like. One of the reasons the wife got this was because it is easy to use with sore hands and fingers.There have been zero problems with the grinder. We’d surely get another if needed.
