Very nice salad spinner. The rubber bottom on the bowl makes it easier to use as it grips the counter. The bowl can also double as a mixing bowl. It has measurement lines on the inside.
Child of the King! –
The metal bowl is why I haven’t returned back to Amazon. I like that it’s metal but the plastic bowl insert has to rest perfectly in the plastic attachment under it in order for it to spin. It takes me two or three tries to get it on right. Other than that, it’s worth the money I spent. I’ll never buy another Patric bowl they just crack over time

It is hard to hold on to when spinning out the liquid.I use it for my hibiscus flowers that I dry for tea.

This salad spinner is a big step up from lightweight plastic models that invariably crack and break. The stainless bowl is multi use, and the plastic components— lid/spinning mechanism, strainer, strainer base — are much sturdier than the cheaper models. Definitely a good value for the price.

Quality is nice, everything seems pretty good. However, the lid melted in on the top rack of the dishwasher even though it is labeled as dishwasher safe. DO NOT PLACE the clear plastic in the dishwasher it will melt. The description says it is dishwasher safe, but it is not. The bowl and black plastic pieces seemed to be okay. Other than the slightly misinforming box and description, great product.

I purchased this product alongside the “OXO Good Grips Large Salad Spinner” and compared the two. The later won with good margin. While I preferred the SveBake’s SS bowl, the OXO was plenty sturdy for the job. The main reason why OXO won in my opinion is that it was much simpler to use and had fewer parts.

This spinner is Child proof especially if the child is clumsy and it is the best spinner we have ever had and it is very sturdy.

While I wish it had no plastic components, I still like this salad spinner. It works well and easy to clean. The stainless steel bowl is useful for other purposes as well.
