i loved these! but i bought them less than a year ago and my salt has already stopped working. batteries and cleaning didnβt help. hard to get in touch with someone to help me. disappointed π but i did love them while they worked! just not practical if they only work for less than a year

Loved them but after 9 months the salt grinder stopped working. I tried all the suggestions on how to clean it and troubleshoot the problem but couldnβt get it working again.

I love these so much I have purchased them twice more for gifts. You do have to buy the right size pepper corns and salt nuggets otherwise they will jam. They are so easy to use and have made cooking so easy when it calls for fresh cracked pepper. They are hands down my favorite kitchen accessory.

I did too much cross stitch during covid and the arthritis in my hands (from celiac disease) got worse. I’ve been looking for a battery operated pepper/salt mill for the last year. I have celiac disease so I cook. They arrived today, the copper finish, nice weight, quite heavy, works well. However, instructions talk about a plastic cover over battery compartment, neither has one. Reviews on Amazon talk about grinder no longer working, batteries rusting or leaking as close to salt. So do I need covers, should I expect grinders to suddenly die. I did read instructions on this page about unjamming salt grinder. which should I expect.

I really like these. They are helpful when my hands are wet or I have one βraw meatβ hand while cooking. Only thing I would like better is if the pepper would grind a little more fine. I turned the dial as far as I could but it either gets lose or just isnβt very fine all the time. I havenβt had to change the batteries but Iβve only had them a month or so. Iβm hoping I wonβt have to change them too often bc there are 6 in each. Overall well worth it! Got the silver and looks great on the counter.
