I wanted measuring spoons that would remain level while standing by themselves on the counter. These do that very well and the numerals are shown in 2 locations on each spoon. I am concerned that over time the numerals might wear off so I felt that these particular ones would have a better chance of being legible for longer. I plan to only hand wash them but, of course, only time will tell how well they hold up.

I’ve gone through so many measuring spoons I feel. Either they’re too weak and break or the don’t fit in the jar I’m measuring from. After reading many reviews I decided to give these spoons a try and I’m completely satisfied. They are made from heavy stainless steel and there are two ways to measure with each spoon. It doesn’t matter the size of the jar any longer. I like the bonus level that came with them to scrape off the excess. The mag etic feature is great too so I never have to worry about misplacing one or having to take it off a ring to use it. I couldn’t be happier.

The printed measurements rinsed off right out of the package. Luckily the measurement is also engraved. Otherwise would be 5 star.

These are very sturdy. The magnets are strong and they stick to each other nicely. I love the double-sided feature. The narrower side fits in my spice jars very easily. However, the printed measurements are a little difficult to read. They arenβt bright white, more of a dull beige color, which doesnβt stand out. At certain angles, it almost disappears. Some of the spoons were more faint than others, but after using almost daily for a couple months, it doesnβt appear like it is fading any. So at least it doesnβt look like they will get worse with use, just not very clear to start with.

Printed measurements were faded and dull right out of the package. I am glad the measurements are also engraved.

The fact that they are magnetic is just brilliant. Instead of a clump of spoons on a ring, you just select the one you need and set the others aside. Because they nest, it is easy to select the right one, as they are lined up by size. And they all stay neatly together in your drawer.

I have been wanting a set of measuring spoons like these for some time. These are great for getting into spice jars since one side of each spoon is longer and narrower. This set has a wide range of sizes from 1 tablespoon down to 1/16 of a teaspoon. I chose this set over other sets because the size of each spoon is embossed on the center magnetic part as well as being inscribed on metal part of the spoon. They also have a metric equivalent inscribed on each spoon for those who use metric measurements. In addition, the set includes a leveler to get an even more precise measurement. I would purchase again.
