I am changing my diet to plant base, mostly. So many of the recipes call for tofu.This gadget works great. So easy to use. I love the twisting feature.Mr father used to grow and make his our tofu. But I didn’t eat any of it. Stupid young girl.So here’s a hint: the juice of tofu is really a natural cleaning agent. Yes daddy found that out too.

For over 25 years of eating tofu and tired of using 20 napkins to try and get the water out of it, i decided to finally pull the trigger and buy one of these ‘gadgets’. Truth be told the ‘mrs.’ does 99.99% of the cooking so my main 2 requisites was that it would need to be easy to clean and easy on the hands as i always heard some of these units can be hard on the hands trying to press the spring down. This thing has both of those covered. The wife says its easy to press (and she has painful hands & wrists) so this if she says its easy…. then its easy. Within minutes A LOT of water is squeezed out and in hours all of it is! Go buy it!

I bought this press as I was wanting to try tofu. I had tried it many times before unpressed, and was not impressed with tofu. I was told if I pressed my tofu, I would like it better. I Purchased, this tofu press as an experiment. What I didn’t expect was that this press is magical! It really makes the tofu able to absorb added flavors better makes it more enjoyable. I am now addicted to this press! Definitely try it! You won’t be disappointed!
