Works well enough and the ergonomics are great. Good weight and easy to use. The burrs just done seem as effective as the one I replaced though. It’s a good quality tool for a very good price. It’s definitely not as good as something you’ll get at a restaurant supply store though. Overall I’m happy with it, it just takes a bit more work to get it done
