The larger one is way too big. But I love the smaller spatula. Great for flipping eggs. I do notice it struggles a bit with pancake but not much. I had a spatula that I love dearly that broke on me.. I still reminisce about our times together. I miss it still, which means I have not fully transition over to this spatula yet.

these are all right but you cannot scrape anything off that is starting to stick. the leading edge is too flexible. I have another old spatula that i will reach for first

Some spatulas are too firm or scratch your pan. They cant get into rounded pam edges either. Some are too soft and can’t get some gunk off the pan or lift big pancake. These are “just right!” These are my new favorites!The big spatula gets way more use than I thought I would.

It doesn’t work at all for things like cookies that you’ve baked, it can’t scrape them off the pan. The edge is too soft for anything that’s even lightly stuck to the pan. Definitely have to get a plastic one for tougher food items.

So many of the spatulas I’ve had in the past have required me to chase the pancake around the pan in order to flip it, as the spatula is just too thick to get underneath the pancake. NOT so with these! They are thin enough to actually get underneath the pancake for easy flipping. I purchased these after one of our others melted in the dishwasher and after using these a few times, they seem to be heat resistant as claimed!
