These salt and pepper mills are easy to use and comfortable to hold. I ordered this set last summer and earlier this week the pepper mill stopped working. I contacted Urban Noon through Amazon and within just a few short hours I had an email response saying they were replacing the pepper mill, no need to send mine back and they would ship the new one right away. I received it today, only 2 days after contacting them. Great customer service!

I’ve had similar ones that were about 1/3rd taller. That made them kind of top heavy so they were more likely to fall over and spill the contents on the floor. These are sleek looking and work great so far. I’ve already bought a second set to give as a gift.
