   Before I never wanted to dry dishes. What’s the point? They dry if you just leave them alone. Since I got these, I LOVE drying dishes! I literally hop up to dry dishes if my kids are washing them. The only frustrating thing is that they last so long. I’ve been using these for almost two year. Now that they come in colors I’m thinking I might want new ones, but they are still going strong.I also use them for other purposes like wrapping fruits, veggies, or bread. Buy these towels!

   I really like the style, they give the farmhouse effect I love in my kitchen. The wrinkles are actually something I personally like.Absorbency is not the greatest. I can’t dry my dishes with them unless the dish is almost fully air dried and I just wipe the rest of with the towel.So I have designated different towels for hands and dishes, while I use these for everything else, like wiping the countertop, spills, even things on the floor, etc. I use them instead of disposable towels, so the fact that they stain doesn’t surprise me. Unfortunately, since mine are the natural tan color, I can’t bleach them. But spraying them with hydrogen peroxide and letting them sit a while before washing has helped A LOT!! I recommend doing that.

   bought to try for cloth diapers, at the raving of many in a social media group about how much they love using flour sack towels. They seemed fine for that, but I much prefer a birdseye flat for texture and comfort against my baby’s skin. These towels have still been amazing for having a baby around though, and I can’t argue with the value! I keep a stack of a few of them in “the baby basket” in most rooms of my house, plus the remainder in the cleaning closet.Spit-up emergency? Grab a towelWanna give that baby butt some air? Set him down for tummy time on a towel (because that will be the moment he pees)Forgot to grab napkins before bringing your dinner out of the kitchen? This towel is now a giant napkinKitchen gets a refresh of these daily for drying hands, drying dishes, or mopping up minor spills, then wiping down from a quick sanitization at the end of the day. With a baby (especially one in part-time cloth diapers), there’s lots of laundry going through, but there are still enough in this pack for all our cleaning and drying needs every day and only getting washed once a week or so. They are holding up well to this abuse so far!

   I almost didn’t buy these towels because of some of the ratings that I later found to be not true1. One person showed some kind of tag to say they were not 100% cotton. Not true. They are2. A lot of complaints about absorbency. So I wash my hands and dried them with the towel. They dried. I wet the counter and dried it with the towel. It dried. What more do you want?3. Complaints about wrinkles. Hello! They are a flour sack towel, not a silk blouse. Washed, dried and folded them, smoothing as I went. They are neat and serve the purpose4. They are thin, or so they say. For my intended use in my canning/straining process I don’t need luxuriously plush towels. They seem about right. However since this is my first time using them, I’m no expert on what to expect in the thickness departmentIn my final assessment, I like the towels and can’t justify some of the negative comments I see here. Makes me think they are competitors intent on swaying your decisions to buy in their directionI’ll adjust my review if needed as time and usage progresses. But my caution is to take the reviews with a grain of salt when making your decision.One more thing I forgot. I see a lot of complaints about lint. As you can see, my first wash was minimal lint. They were tossed in with a white sheet to complete the load. Not sure why so many comments about excessive lint

   I buy two dozen a couple times a year. I use them for dish towels, napkins, dishes wet and dry. I use bleach every time I wash them. They hold up well and I don’t wash money resources on paper towels every week. I save paper towels for drawing bacon fat:)

   I bought the 12 pack first to try and I LOVE them. I then decided to buy the 24 pack and they are NOT THE SAME. The color is a slightly different white and they are not nearly as soft. I’m super bummed. In the future I will only buy the 12 pack.

   these towels are so perfect.! I hand paint and sell them..not one complaint or return! SADLY I can not afford to buy them anymore as everytime I reorder the price increases…and I like my selling price. Which I would have to adjust. you’ll love them if you can afford them. I’m off to search for towels…AGAIN!
