It is easy to use, wireless signal is strong, and I’m very pleased to use this product. It was a really good buy. I, however, have to note that meat temperature settings, at least the beef, are off. If you want to cook your meat medium, choose medium rare on the device’s setting, and if you want medium well, then choose medium, etc. Finally, digital menu can be improved in the next model to improve user interface. Maneuvering the machine is not that intuitive if you want to do more complex tasks.

I really like that it came with a temp transmitter and receiver versus having to use an app with your cell phone. The system worked extremely well. I would give this product 5 stars if the instructions were better. Theyβre awful so I had to play with the buttons to figure out how to operate it. I still havenβt figured out all of it but I was able to do my first cook on my smoker and I really like this therm.

My husband started using this when we learned the gauges mounted on the pit are not very reliable. The convenience of it when smoking meats helps so much. It has been accurate, easy to clean, and has a display that is easy to see. I just wish we would have saved the money on buying two gauges and went straight to using this.
