I love these little knives. I ordered a set for myself several months ago, and I have since ordered some as a Christmas gift. They are sharp enough to cut up meat and just the right size for cutting fruit and small vegetables. And, they wash up easily in the dishwasher. Great price too. So much to like here.

Great for replacing old paring knives. I’ve only had these for a short time but I really like them. I used them to cut up chicken breasts and had no problems. I will try to add to this review in a few months.

I like Victorinox cutlery; pocket knives and kitchen. I needed some paring knives to have around, and this set was on sale. So glad I bought these! They are very sharp and a good size for smaller hands (handles are skinny). Recommended.

OKAY FOLKS! These are the sharpest and most durable knives I have ever owned. I tend to use paring knives for all my work in the kitchen. I know a lot of people use really expensive and task specified knives but I was raised on a farm by my Grandparents and my Grandmother only owned two kitchen knives. One knife she owned was a large butcher knife which she only used for slaughter. The other knife she owned was a small paring knife that she did every bit of the kitchen work with, it was how I was raised. Since my Grandfather died many years ago I have found the sharp and durable paring knife a thing of the past. NOT ANYMORE! Good Grief these little devils are worth their weight in gold. Be careful though because if, like me you have grown used to the dull kitchen knife, you can hurt yourself. Once you get the flow though you will never use any other knife. I have bought two sets so far and heading for my third and fourth so if the company stops making them I am well stocked with this last unicorn. Here’s to Grandma!

If your paring knife goes missing too often, to reappear when you no longer need it, this set is an easy solution. So far, I am using only two of the four; I started with the yellow one, but when it ‘got itself misplaced’, I used another one. These are less likely to get lost, because of the bright colors of their handles (all my other paring knives have/had black handles — only one remains, out of at least three, and it is available only part of the time). The blades are thin and sharp and do a very good job. Highly recommended, but make sure you have Band-Aids nearby.

I’ve already been using this knife and liked it so much I got more. It’s my go-to knife for almost all my kitchen needs. I like that they come in bright colors, makes them easy to find, and they brighten up the kitchen. They’re strong enough for most of my needs, have a comfortable grip, and they’ve held up well. AND they’re inexpensive.
